The second stage of NRK Sykkelsommer, Møre og Romsdal, runs from Bud to Midsund on 13 July.

Sykkelsommer 2023 in Møre og Romsdal includes everything from outer ocean gaps to fjords and mountains. On day two, the route heads south-west on County Road 662, around Frænfjorden and Malmfjorden to Aureosen. Here we cycle along Aureosen around the Jendemsfjellet bird conservation area. Past Hollingen and Rishaltheia, which is part of the Ramnfloget nature reserve.
At the Mordålsvågen ferry quay there is time to stretch your legs before the ferry crosses to Solholmen on Otrøya. From there to Midsund on the south side of the island with Klausethornet as cover for any north-westerly winds.
